HOW LARGE/HEAVY OF PARTS CAN YOU CLEAN?
We can clean industrial parts weighing up to 1,200 pounds. While we are restricted by weight, we can easily handle large sizes and small components. Specifically, items like ball valves, check valves, stainless elbows, reducers, and agitator impellers are no problem for our process.
WHAT KIND OF PARTS CAN YOU CLEAN?
If your equipment is made of stainless steel, there is a nearly 100% chance we can clean it. We often return items like pulper screens, agitator shafts, and injection nozzles to a like-new appearance. In addition, we provide expert restoration for relief valve bodies and nozzle headers.
WHAT IS YOUR METHOD OF CLEANING?
Most of our cleaning is performed using a combination of heat and chemicals. Because thermal cleaning is the most effective way to remove tough solids, we use it for your most difficult parts. Furthermore, a hot caustic bath is highly effective for removing thinner materials, grease, and oil residue.

Of course. In fact we encourage sending a test part or two. We want to know the outcome as much as you do.

Although we have a very high degree of success cleaning items, we still prefer to run test items before shipping an entire pallet of parts.
